Silence and love: A thought-provoking performance in Veresegyház
"The performance was overwhelming. It made me face myself, made me reflect, and strengthened my belief in the importance of paying attention to the people around me. The ending, the silence, was like the surface of the water to me. It ripples, stirs up, but with time it calms down, and the solution is born.
Yesterday, we performed our documentary play titled As Water Reflects the Face twice, organized by the Veresegyház Catholic High School. In the afternoon, the Váci Mihály Cultural Center was filled to capacity with the students of the high school, and in the evening, parents attended the performance. Afterward, we provided space to discuss the themes of the performance and reflect together. Topics included the parent-child relationship, emotional gaps, love, future visions, personal responsibilities, and the importance of paying attention to others and ourselves. We thank the school for the trust, the encounter made possible by the theater, and principal Éva Prehodáné Nagy for her enthusiastic organization."

Honest and authentic performance at Katona – A celebration of encounters
"This performance was overwhelming. On one hand, many themes and scenes deeply moved me, and on the other hand, it was the authenticity, simplicity, honesty, and lack of pretension with which the actors performed that truly touched me. It was an incredible experience!
Last night in Budapest, we presented our documentary performance titled As Water Reflects the Face at the Katona József Theater. The audience followed the performance with great attention, fully immersed in its moments. During the post-performance audience meeting, it was a joy to see how many viewers had something to say about a symbol, prop, theme, or scene. We engaged in a real dialogue, sharing in a true theatrical celebration and encounter. We thank everyone for the thoughts, personal stories shared after the performance, and we are grateful to Katona József Theater for providing the space for this event."

Emotions and awareness: powerful moments at Eötvös High School
"The topics discussed in the performance touch us every day. Several moments were shocking, but it really helped me that this performance summarized these problems, making me more aware. I reflected, I shed tears. I loved it!"
Yesterday afternoon, we presented our documentary performance As Water Reflects the Face to the ninth-grade class of Eötvös József High School in Budapest. It was great to feel the students' interest, attention, and sensitivity to the topics and scenes. We talked about the parent-child relationship, the difficulties of having children, loneliness, lack of love, paying attention to one another, and the importance of experiences. Thank you for this shared experience and for the discussion after the performance, the personal thoughts, feedback, enthusiasm, and curiosity!
