"I have never had such a profound theater experience." Recently, we presented our performance titled "I Am Not, Only Others See Me," based on the texts of Attila József, to the participants of our Youth Workers GO! Erasmus+ project. From the very first moment, the audience's attention and resonance with the performance were palpable. During the discussion following the performance, deep thoughts were shared. The freshness of the poet's texts allowed us to talk about our own emotions and worldview. Topics such as homelessness, searching for one's path, traumas, loneliness, solitude, exclusion, lack of love, and the relevance of the situations and feelings in the texts were discussed. Thank you for your attention and the personal thoughts shared! It was a pleasure to perform for such an audience!

During the audience meeting, we discussed many topics related to the poet's texts, including ourselves, traumas, loneliness, childhood, wounded inner child parts, our relationships with our parents and children, loneliness, lack of love, and the relevance of the texts. We are grateful for the attentive listening, the emotions, and the personal thoughts shared during the post-performance conversation."

Osonó Theatre fourteenth Erasmus+ project is taking place from 24-28 July in Senta. The project entitled “Regional Cooperation for the Professional Support of Youth Workers”, created in partnership with the Adrenalin Sports Association of Sfântu Gheorghe and the Hungarian Cultural Association of Vojvodina, aims to support the work of youth professionals and teachers through a varied, personally and professionally valuable non-formal training. In addition to sharing innovative educational methods, the training provides an opportunity for participants from Hungary, Romania and Serbia to recharge and connect professionally. Combining theatre in education with health awareness practices, the project, supported by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme includes workshops on self-awareness, healthy living, physical presence, concentration, mind-body balance, as well as activities and training that explore and support the importance of physical activity. Therefore, the workshops will also be very colourful and varied. Osonó’s personality development, team-building and theatre in education trainings will be held by Misi Fazakas and Oszkár Mucha. Under the guidance of Enikő Szőcs and Csaba Károly Szőcs, the group will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of sports and lifestyle activities, to try their hand at climbing, as well as to measure and individually evaluate their body composition. Furthermore, the Pontis Health Organization from Romania will provide basic CPR and first aid training for the participants.

In the 2023-24 season, Osonó, as a self-sustaining company, carried out 246 cultural, educational and social events in 4 countries for almost 7,500 participants. The company held 75 performances followed by 75 interactive audience discussions, and furthermore carried out 91 workshops, 5 Erasmus+ projects and numerous training sessions for youngsters and adults.
